Hi
I am applying for a mortgage and I haven't submitted my bank statement yet as i am waiting for these to come in the post.
I have never gone over my agreed overdraft in 15 years of banking however in January I went over my agreed overdraft by £40. How long will this stay on my credit report and how can I get a mortgage with this on my record?
I lost my dad in October and moved house in September a week before he died so all my outgoings increased plus having to pay for funeral cost, can you help to give me any tips of exceeding my overdraft and how I can get a mortgage with this one blip on my account.
Regards Susan

Different lenders would take a different approach on it.
Who are you applying with?0 -
Thank you for your help. I have gone through a broker London and County the mortgage application will be going through Skipton Building Society.
I just don't want to be able to get a mortgage just because of this one blip on my account.
