Each prize consists of the following elements, and is also subject to the following specific terms and conditions as put in place by !!!8216;Travelbag!!!8217; the holiday provider for this promotion.

Each prize comprises of a ten night holiday for two adults (aged 18 and over; and the driver of the motorhome must be between 21 and 75 years of age throughout the period of travel) to Northern Territory, Australia. The holiday consists of:
a. Two economy class return flights from London to Darwin
b. 10 nights Motorhome hire from Darwin based on a Maui Ultima 2 Berth Motorhome

The Prize is valid for travel between 1st May 2018 !!!8211; 31st October 2018 and 1st March 2019 !!!8211; 30th April 2019.

The Prize cannot be used between 1 November 2018 -28th February 2019

The Prize is subject to availability. The prize must be booked at least one month before travel commences. Travelbag reserves the right to offer alternative dates or alternative motorhome options in the event that there is no availability on the winner!!!8217;s chosen travel dates.

The Prize must be booked by 15th June 2018. In the event that the winner does not book the Prize by this date then Travelbag reserves the right to cancel the Prize.

No Air Miles, air points or any other loyalty scheme rewards can be redeemed or collected in relation to the Prize.

This promotion is restricted to residents of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Magic Radio & data, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the relevant promotion. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.

It is the responsibility of the Prize winner and their companion to ensure that they have valid passports, any necessary visas and vaccinations. Please refer to the FCO!!!8217;s website https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice for up to date travel advice.

It is also the responsibility of the Prize winner and their companion to ensure that the proposed driver of the campervan has a valid and current driving licence to drive the motorhome in Australia.

Holiday insurance is NOT included and is highly recommended. It is the responsibility of the traveller to arrange suitable insurance.

The Prize does NOT include airport transfers (you pick up your Motorhome from Darwin Airport)

Any amendments to, or cancellation of, the Prize made by the winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges and/or cancellation fees, which will be the responsibility of the winner. Any amendments (including name changes) will incur a fee which the prize winner will be liable for.

Travelbag has no responsibility for the acts of any third party (including the Promoter) and shall have no liability for any loss arising out of any failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations in connection with this promotion.

The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.

By entering the competition you give Travelbag permission to use your entry for Marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to announcing the winner!!!8217;s name and rights to images.

6. You are responsible for all costs of entry.
