Ball Park equity release figures

Before contacting a registered equity release broker I'd like to get an idea of the range of options and costs that might apply.
I'm 82, my wife is 83 and our 3 bed detached house is worth somewhere around £350 - £400, 000.
Thinking of releasing between £50 and £60,000. Hopefully our current income will enable us to repay the monthly interest.
Assuming that this is a fairly routine setup I'm wondering what the current range of interest rates are and what might apply to my situation.
