How can I get red stains off rubber?

Options
My rubber washing up bowl is stained from a (I think) tomato based sauce. It's grey so I'm worried about using bleach and surely there must be something nicer anyway. Please help - how can I make it look nice again?

I know that tomato based stains on white plastic containers can be removed by placing them in sunshine. (Good luck with that at the moment!) Hopefully someone else will have a better idea but worth a try?
(I just place them on my kitchen window sill and it's surprising how quickly the stains disappear. HTH

Barkeeper's Friend has worked for pretty much every kitchen-related stain/mark I've ever had!

I'd worry that the sun would bleach the grey colour... but if all else fail then sun-faded looks better than red stained!

I could probably do with buying some barkeepers friend anyway so I'll give it a try.

    Thanks both

It would take a long time for the sun to bleach the colour from the bowl itself so that's probably worth a try first.
