Options
Hello

Me and my partner are looking to buy our first home, he is self employeed and a director of a business and in April it will be a year the business has been running! His business has been running great & had non stop work! I am full time employeed working in a pharmacy!

Do you think we will be able to get a mortgage with one Years accounts?? Any help on what to do next? Can we start the process now or do we need to wait till April? Just trying to prepare!

Any help would be great! Thank you x

There are lenders who will work off 1 years accounts. Not many are available direct, so it might be worth speaking to a broker.
