You have now started 6 posts asking the same thing with different lenders.

Speak to a broker. One of the excellent broker posters here has already told you what you need to do.

Halifax works off date of registration.

You can simply answer "no" to the bankruptcy question if it was registered six years ago or longer.

    No joy with Nationwide then?

  • Hi thanks for replying!

I haven’t tried any yet I’m trying to research as much as I can before going forward. I was made bankrupt in July 2012 then discharged in Feb 2013. I’m trying to keep a check on all the CRA and clean things up. Lot sure how much will improve in Feb (5 years discharged) or in July (6 years bankrupt in total) seen that these 2 mortgages have given to discharged people
  • I’m new here so give me a break. There’s no need to be rude. I’m asking for help. If you haven’t got anything constructive to say- don’t comment on my post. Thanks!

    Oooh touchy!!

It’s much easier if you keep to one thread rather than starting multiple threads asking the same thing.

Stick around here and you’ll discover that.
