Online switch with Halifax

Hi guys ... after my last post I have now decided on a 5 fixed rate switch with Halifax and £200/month overpayment.
So I'm looking for anyone who has done an online deal switch with Halifax, my current deal states fixed rate until 31st may but I know I can switch 3 months prior. I think this takes me to 1st march but I'm not sure wether when to go through the online switch procedure ?

Any advice guys
