Hi I have just purchased a wondercore (well a cheaper version made by lions of Amazon) and wondered if anyone has had good results using it?

never tried it but its the most resold piece of excercise equipment i seem to see on facebook marketplace and schpock so presume others are not getting on with it as well as they hoped.0

Well Ive been using it and I'm impressed! It's good for arm toning and sit ups. I think I could see results if I used it every other day for 20 mins.0
