Hi
I am trying to figure out if I can get the tax free childcare.
My partner works full time and earns a modest wage. I work a few hours a week paid and volunteering. In total I earn below the £120 threshold but I work 16 hours a week.
I cant find any info on whether voluntary works counts towards the 16 hours or not. Please help....

This website should help you.
Voluntary work is not part of it. You NEED to take a wage for salary sacrifice to work.
HTHLife is about give and take, if you can't give why should you take?0 -
Thank you for replying. Its so unfair that in order to get this the people I volunteer for will suffer0
