First time buyer wanting Buy to Let Mortgage

Hello all,
I am looking for some advice on the best course of action to pursue!
I am looking to buy my first house/ flat but the aim is to rent it out so a Buy To Let mortgage is what I want to look at getting.
I have a tied cottage with my job so will not be living in the property so this is why it will be rented out.
What is the best option to go on this as I know banks don't like giving a first time buyer a Buy To Let mortgage!
I am aware of the other regulations around the different types of mortgages and that at least a 25% deposit is required which I have the savings there to cover tbis large deposit
Thanks

Roll your sleeves up and research the lenders who will lend to you, or appoint an independent broker to do the job for you.I am a mortgage broker. There are a few lenders out there, some of which you can access directly. As kingstreet says, you can either check lenders criteria online or speak to a broker and they can do the donkey work for you.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
