Mortgage redemption figure
Moneyprobs
Hi I’m trying to work out what my mortgage redemption figure will be it’s saying the amount owed is approx 61.5k but that isn’t the amount needed to redeem so will the redemption be a lesser amount?! I think the term remaining is about 23 years and it’s a standard rate of 4.79%. I’ve inherited the property from my dad and now want to let it out to pay the mortgage off as he stupidly cancelled his life insurance a year or so before he passed out of frustration with them. Any advice would be great!! New here

Your post doesn!!!8217;t make sense. Can you please answer the following?
Do you have a joint mortgage with your now deceased father?
Or, is the mortgage in his name only?0
