With no expectations of success whatever I sent off 4 entries to ITV postal cash draws.

Got a phone call on Valentines Day.....I was gobsmacked to be told I have won a large cash sum!!!

I’d be embarrassed to say how much but it’s in the 5 figures.

So I just wanted to share my news and say it is possible to win at your first try and yes postal entries can be winners.

I used spare picture postcards and didn’t put in an envelope either.

As an Edit, for anyone wondering, I messaged itv a long while back and they do open envelopes and give each entry a number the same as postcodes and phone calls
