council tax arrears
hi there looking for some information on how far back sheriff officers can go back to claim back council tax i.e poll tax they are chasing me for unpaid poll tax /council tax for a previous address i lived in 17 years ago is there not a limit / time limit to how far back they can go ?? would really like to find out the answer to this i always thought it was six years but not sure if that was true or not
