Resolvecall

Hi all,
A man knocked on the door yesterday but I didn’t answer as I didn’t know who it was and I’m disabled and can’t get there easily. Today I got a text saying it was Resolvecall but I’ve not had any prior letters or any communication with them at all. I have no idea what it’s regarding so not sure what to do next. I was going to email or write but very anxious they will take this as an admission of debt and start harassing me.

I’m very anxious about the whole situation as I’ve never had anyone turn up at my home and I’m very worried they will come back. I’ve read awful things about them online so unsure what to do next.

Any advice would be welcome!
Thanks, Rebecca
