Entering twice on click to wins

I enter a few CTWs most days. I have some bookmarked on the 'official rules' page where it supposedly lists all the sites a specific comp is on. So I do those, and then I might go visit a specific magazine and enter most of the comps on that. But I have noticed that some comps that I have definitely entered by clicking through from the rules page I can then enter again by clicking on the picture in the mag page. Makes me wonder if my entries are being counted properly or what's going on.
Also noticed that some comps might be listed on say 30 sites on the official rules but then turn up on other mags that weren't listed.

I enter the same way a you. I have found that if after entering, I get taken to a page where all the comps are listed, rather than a congratulations you have been entered page, then my entry has not gone through. If I press the back button on my browser and refresh the page, it does not show I have entered and I have to enter again. I hope this makes sense.

I have yet to work out what has happened if I get taken to a page listing lots of comps and yet the back button on my browser is greyed out.

I have this problem. Some Entries do not show Congratulations and I have to enter again sometimes I have to do it several times before it eventually registered as being entered. For a few months the click to win have been really hit and miss for me.
