In need of some advice please

Hi, I just accidentally clicked on my sent messages in my yahoo mail, and noticed that quite a few, say 1 in 7 have been sent with no subject, yet I know 100% I have put a subject on them before I pressed send, no idea what's happening, any advice please? Many thanks

Are you accessing yahoo through app or through web browser, and are you using a PC or mobile device, and if a mobile device is it iOS or Android? Can you open a "no subject" email - can you see a subject when it is opened and is the text in the body OK?

It's through Opera on a laptop, I can open them, and it says at the top no subject but on ones where there is a subject there I can see the subject

I can't find anything directly comparable to your problem (most of them have more serious problems). Some have solved their problem by changing this setting:-

In mail, open Settings (the gear symbol top right)
In Viewing Mail - When viewing message lists untick the Enable Conversations and then Save

log out then back in again - it might not recover the old emails missing subject but might take effect for any sent from now on. Other than this I don't know what to suggest.

    Good luck ;)

Actually thought it had worked :( But out of 8 sent today, 2 did it, just have to check after each one and resend them if they don't work, re did the 2 that didn't work and they have gone now with the subject, thanks One-Eye x
