Just recieved 2 letters from them, as they are acting on behalf of Lloydstsb.
I've been on a DMP since Apr with payplan slowly but surely most of my creditors have accepted the DMP,except LLOYDSTSB.
I have a c/c,overdraft and a loan with them hubby has a c/c. But so far they have not said anything about hubbys c/c or mine.
The two letters that i recieve where grey looking letters, demanding that i pay their client the full amount.I've informed Payplan.
Can anyone tell me what might happen next
CQ

Secchiari, Clark & Mitchell are part of (probably only a software program) of LTSB - I had MANY of their 'letters' when dealing with Black Horse (also part of LloydsTSB).
I note that you have already informed PayPlan - are they going to deal with them?I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

They are based in Lloyds-TSB Collections Centre in Brighton and are the people who do not turn up in Court when bank charges are contested...
I had problems with them denying receipt of recorded delivery letters they had signed for so also fax'd copies via my pc and this seemed to work - my guess is their mail in-trays are bulging and they employ a minimum nember of staff.
I had an arrangement (self managed DMP) in place with Lloyds which I was keeping to and basically told them to take me to Court as I had proof of payments/arrangement/their receipt of letters etc - I heard nothing further from them but did get a letter of apology from Lloyds.0
