Conservatory Quote?

I have a selection of Conservatory Quotes from 6 different companies, does this seem to much?
For a Lean-to Conservatory measuring: Width 5200 mm Depth 2000 mm Base area 10.400 sq.m and Dwarf Wall Ht 600 mm plus 2 Doors, my quotes are around £12,000.
I was expecting about 6k but i'm no expert.
I will try to haggle them down and one quote has offered 9k
however, the other quoters are not budging at the moment.

If 6 companies are all in the same ball park it's a fair indication that you're not going to get someone quoting half that without some serious compromiseThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

No way will you get it for £6k. You only have to look at Wickes to see what a conservatory costs to come to that realisation.
Even £9k is worrying. Worrying because you need to look in minute detail at what you are being offered here.0 -
£12k sounds relatively cheap to me, especially with a dwarf wall. £6k is completely unrealistic. I would be concerned about the £9k quote, too. Pay close attention to the details of the quotes. In my opinion, conservatories are good if they are a luxury. If you need the space all year round, they!!!8217;re not up to it, and a cheaply constructed one even less so.0

I was quoted nearly that for a 2.4sqm upvc porch! (two quotes)0

I think £12K sounds a bit cheap as well.
We had our 12' x 13' Victorian re-built from foundation level 4 years ago for £10K. It was that cheap because we used the original foundations - from scratch it would have been at least £16K.0
