I have terrible trouble getting my supermarket to accept coupons I've printed off so I contacted Findus via the webpage to ask them to send me some coupons in the post. Maybe worth a try. You can always write to them if you dont want to email them

I do that quite often -- email companies who have a printable voucher on their site, asking if they could send me one in the post due to shops refusing printed ones. 9 times out of 10, they reply :D , quite often by sending a bigger value voucher :D:D

I had a £2 Findus voucher sent me this morning so a good result and better than the original 50p. The letter apologised for not being able to use the internet coupon instore following the handbag promotion.
