Barn purchase, conversion and letting

Hi,
We currently have a house and mortgage but we now have the opportunity to purchase an adjacent barn. It has planning permission to convert it into a four bedroom property. We would like to purchase it, convert it and then rent it out as a holiday rental (we live in a popular holiday spot). Can anyone recommend the best way to go about this?
