You should get prorata to whatever the full time workers get in total which starts at a minimum 5.6 weeks(28days).
When it come to statutory paid holiday BH are not a statutory holidays they are just normal days.
Statutory paid holidays start with a definition of 5.6 weeks which is 28days for a 5 day(or more) a week worker.0 -

This gives a good explanation of how to calculate holiday entitlement for part time workers...0 -
Bank holidays have no special status at all.
As long as you get the required amount of holiday through the year that is all that matters.
Your employer can tell you when to have ALL your holidays and can make you work all bank holidays with no extra incentive.
(obviously depending on your contract)0 -
check your contract.
Where I work - if BH falls on your non working days then it's tough luck, you lose out. Therefore most part timers here work on a Monday otherwise they miss out on around 5 BH's.0 -

That's only true, as explained by the previous posts, if they get more than the statutory allowance of 5.6 weeks, when the employer can indeed provide contractual terms for additional leave.0
