I was really, really suprised not to see this one posted.
As most people know laterooms do quite good deals on hotels (only really beaten by priceline) but at least you know where your staying !

That's a good find! Laterooms are pretty cheap anyway, and have always had a good selection of hotels when I've checked.
I'm not an authority, but I reckon this deserves an additional post on the Travel board0 -
