Hmm - it's come out a bit squiffy, but I reckon if you printed it out and took it to a store you could just tell them it printed out funny. I had a similar problem with a voucher from Kwik Fit and they weren't fussed at all!

To save any awkward situations at the store, is it possible for you to forward a copy of the E-Mail that you got from ELC to me please.
We are already in the ELC Birthday Club, but as the childs D.O.B, is 24th Dec, we are worried that the items that we want will be sold out, before we recieve our voucher.

I think the code for online is unique for one use as I got a mailshot today through the door with a different code.

"Santa" works fine though. Valid until 24th Dec. Can't be used on Sale Items, Star Buys, or Firedupkids items.

There are a free bits and bobs for ds xmas that i want unfortunately not enough to take it over the £75 for free delivery:( and the manageress in my local one thinks she knows everything (we had a discussion on a toy last year which was at one price in the catalogue and a different one in store and she didnt believe me even when i showed her..said it was a catalogue price - not too owrry i said and went over to woolworths and got it cheaper in the end!).
