    Debt-free and Proud!
I've taken in my lunch, claimed my travel expenses, done pigsback, ordered my new switchcard and am staying in tonight.

-first off followed some advice on the site and realised I was eligible for working tax credits. Phoned the tc people and they estimate I am eligible for £46 a week so they are sending the forms out :T
-Off shopping - armed with a shopping list which I WILL stick to
    - Quidco clicks and some comping when I have a cuppa
    - sort out telephone expenses due to me
  • Guess what!

Got a credit for £500 - yes £500 today from Atlantic Electricity - all the CFL & LED lighting we've installed and using Bye Bye Standby to turn all our chargers and stuff off has meant the over payment has today been repaid!

    How's that for DFW!
  • Helped my Mum move house today, so I got a bed for my spare room for nothing (it was being thrown out otherwise), had my lunch provided and petrol paid for (I was in the van!) and will be back again tomorrow to help with the painting (again, lunch provided, etc, etc).

Also, got a cheque in from an Ebay buyer. Woo hoo!
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

    Today I have:

    Did my rpoint clicks.
    Found 3p
Used a £1 coupon off my shopping (2 x Tetley for £3, 1 x smart price pitta bread reduced to 8p, semi skimmed milk reduced to 39p, reduced almonds 60p, juice 90p)
Used £5 off NO7 voucher in Boots along with various extra point coupons. Got £13.20 back in points on a spend under £41. However DH will give me £16.75 back for serum I got him. I am putting away another item for his X'mas.

Got Estee Lauder foundation (sisters Xmas), lipstick (not decided what to do with it) to get the free gift (sister Xmas). Used my precious points to pay for it.

Wasted money buying chips because my mother misheard my DH. She asked me to buy chips whereas he told her to tell me he would be late buying chips.
