RULES

The following rules (!!!8220;Specific Rules!!!8221;) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the !!!8220; Competition Terms and Conditions!!!8221;) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to !!!8216;Walt Disney World!!!8217; radio competition (the !!!8220;Competition") which will run from Monday 12th February to Sunday 25th February on Capital FM (the !!!8220;Radio Station!!!8221;).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an !!!8220;Entrant!!!8221;) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Capital.co.uk - to the Walt Disney World competition page and take the Build you own vacation Quiz. Online entry will open on Monday 12th February at 00:01 and close on Sunday 25th February 6:00am



After taking the quiz listeners will then be entered in the draw to win. One winner will be selected at random from all correct entires


The winner/s will be notified via telephone call and email.


Eligibility:

Entrants must be aged 18 or over
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:

The prize is a trip for 4 to Walt Disney World resort in Florida


Prize terms and conditions



Disney are providing Promoter with One (1) holiday package for four (4) persons for seven (7) nights and eight (8) days at the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida to be awarded to the winner of the prize draw conducted by Promoter.



The prize can be taken until Sunday 3rd March 2019.



The Package shall consist of the Prize Package Elements as set out below;

- Four (4) round trip economy air fares between a major international airport closest to winner's residence in the UK and Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida, USA.

- Four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida via Disney!!!8217;s Magical Express.

- Room accommodation consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for seven (7) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion.

- Four (4) 8-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® & Water Parks, Fun & More Options.

Any costs incurred in addition to the prize package elements listed shall be incurred at the winner!!!8217;s and/or their guests expense including but not limited to: food, drinks, transport, telephone charges, rooms service, laundry service, optional excursions, tips, souvenirs and any other incidental expenses.

Items that are not included in the package:



Transportation meals
Hotel room service
Laundry service
Alcoholic beverages
Merchandise, souvenirs, etc.
Local and long distance telephone calls
Tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes
All other charges and items not otherwise described above


The winner and all their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing and under one booking reference.


The winner and each guest must have (at the time of travel) a valid passport for at least six (6) months after arrival in the US and all necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with applicable immigration or other travel regulations.


Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. Current block out dates include but are not limited to - 21st December 2018 to 4th January 2019


Holiday(s) is/are for the winner(s) of the competition and up to three (3) guests of the winner's choosing.


Any children in the group must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18+.


Holiday(s) and holiday components may not be sold, traded, transferred, and rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded. Holiday(s) is/are not redeemable for cash.


If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than four (4) guests, the prize will be awarded to the winner and any participating guest and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.


Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the running of the prize draw and/or Promotion.



Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

Wow, this sort of prize would make any persons year. Families should all at some point visit this magical place. I went as a child back in 1991. It was the best!
