i am unemployed due to sickness and not resident in UK anymore...i have 2 buy to let properties....1 is paid worth 250k another is worth 180k the mortgage is 129k
is it possible to mortgage a buy to let paid house to repay another mortgage??
i live in spain now....and i dont expect to come back...spanish banks dont do foreign mortgages......

No it isn't. Suggest you think through your long term plans given your circumstances. As kicking the can is only possible for so long. Increasing your level of debt isn't going to improve matters either.0
