Thankfully, I didn't have the computer set up to automatically log me in, I log in each time, so I knew my password. Remembering the new one is going to be..... interesting, though. Twice today I tried to log in and couldn't understand why it wouldn't admit me, berfore it twigged - different password! If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0

This happened to me too!Barole
Trying to live within my means:j0 -
I was lucky:) as I only started posting in November/December & had written down my password on a bit of paper like Frost:rotfl: Also I tend not to log out!
I am a bit of a Luddite when it comes to anything technical but because I started reading some of the threads I had to join - initially just to be able to say thank you for all the wisdom that is available. So I suppose I have to give up my Luddite tendencies :rotfl: Although I will NEVER own a mobile phone - I am strictly landline:rotfl: Although my DH loves all things technical! PC, laptop, mobile, iPod and more tools in the garage than you can shake a stick at:rotfl: (no idea what that actually means:o)
Anyway, I am really pleased that lots of you persevered & rejoined!

I was lucky enough to find my details not concerned about losing my user name but I still run on the old site format can't stand the newer blue set up, it hurts the eyes
Glad that everyone found there way back.0 -
I agree tori.k that blue is absolutely vile. The green of the old format is much more restful on the eyes.
In view of the amount of people who have expressed this opinion, I wonder that they insist on keeping the blue.
Mrs SD I have a mobile phone because I'm disabled, and if I take a canine guest out on my own, Mr LW insists I have a phone with me in case I get in difficulties (it has happened once - my scooter was out of order so I tried to just use my wheelchair, and my arms were not strong enough to get up the wee slope to get home, so I had to call him to come rescue me).:D I refuse to have a smartphone though; my phone is 10 years old and held together with a laccy band, otherwise the back falls off and the battery falls out.
We have a landline because we don't have the choice of not having one, but there's nothing plugged into it; we only plug in the phone if Mr LW wants to call an 0800 number or an international number; soon as the call's done, it's unplugged again. If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0
