Ok so you have to pay Postage and Packaging with is about £3 but these CDs retail at £22.99
The 3 free ones are
Forgiving & Letting Go
Cancer Remission
Loss of a Loved One
I am using the Time Management Cd and I put it on a night and listen to the sound of the sea and hardly notice the subliminal messages and after a week I have notices a difference at work.
I know it is not a 100% freebie I was looking more at the help it offers. Somebody I work with said the Loss of a Loved One Cd was a real comfort to her and if anything can easy the pain then it's worth a try.
