Co-op Dividend - what is it?

Thanks everyone.
I've taken a look at my Co-op account page and all it says is the dividend is paid annually. The information is very scant as it doesn't say when or how.
I'll just look on it as a little bonus if some vouchers or whatever turn up in the post.
I wouldn't expect much dividend, as it has been largely replaced with the 5% cashback.
But basically every member is a shareholder, if the company makes a profit, it is shared between members, based on how much you spent with them.
So if Co-Op Group returns a profit, expect a few pennies dividend. In the meantime, enjoy the 5% cashback.0
