Hi
Looking to move home, have 1 CCJ over 2 yrs old and settled, 4 defaults registered over 2yrs and have been in a DMP satisfactorily conducted for the last 2yrs (paying the defaults through this). Good income and no payment issues over last 2 yrs (previous problems due to separation). Have 10% deposit for new mortgage - do I stand a chance or should I wait for another year or so before applying? Any insight appreciated.

There are potential options, worth looking in to with a broker, but you may need a 15% deposit.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
