Help to Buy Calculator

Options
Hi All,
Sorry if this has already been asked and answered, I've searched but not having much luck in finding what I'm after.

I have a help to buy equity loan coming up to 3 years old , interest free for 5 years. I'm trying to work out how much the monthly payments will be if I don't pay it back after 5 years? Is there anywhere online I can try to work out a rough monthly cost for the interest charged?

Thanks

    Year six = loan x 1.75% / 12.

    ... and it's a 'fee', not 'interest.'
