Help to Buy - Landlord Details

Options
Hello,

My partner and I are thinking about using help to buy. I am currently renting from a private landlord and I really do not want to involve him in my application. In the registration form, it asked for my landlord's details and I gave them. Why do they do this?

Thanks!

    Landlord details?

Not on any HTB Property Information Form I've seen.

Are you applying for shared ownership?
