Does any one know if you are able to claim monies in an old pension scheme before you reach the 'retirement' age of 65?
I have some monies in an old work scheme that would be really useful right now.
Any thoughts/help would be gratefully received.

you can crystallise your benefits between age 50-75 currently with it increasing to 55 from 2010. Some occ schemes may have different minimum ages and penalties may apply.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
