MSE News:Waitrose unveils its new loyalty scheme

I also liked Pick Your Own Offers as it could be all managed on an app. I am a lot more likely to forget to bring paper vouchers with me (I assume they see that as a good thing though). John Lewis is now going to offer paperless vouchers for their loyalty offers, it would be nice if Waitrose could do the same.0

There is no way I can carry £60 worth of items home on the bus (I don't drive)

Yet another reason why the PYOO scheme was better.

Now talk about confusing:
Thought I'd just look at my account to see if I could change my PYO offers to gain any advantage in the final few days. Not only have they removed PYO from the website, they've replaced it with some Offers page I just cannot fathom out - it's just an endless list of newspapers and fish with 20% off...
Why am I in this handcart and where are we going ?0 -
Found exactly the same ...totally exasperated! Hope they sort it soon.0

I hope the vouchers are better than previous attempts. I have received a voucher for half price nappies! I'm a gran to teenagers. And the amount of people in my area who did not eat bacon who received the £3 off gammon was epic, to name but two misjudged vouchers recently. The best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you.0

Yep. I got a voucher at the till for money off a Waitrose meal deal for Valentines Day.
No partner or girlfriend or anybody else to spend it on.
Seems Waitrose needs to get thier act together on these spit at tills or postal offers. It's not as if they don't hold the info on you, otherwise what's the point of the card. The more I live, the more I learn.
