Which mortgage lender should I go to???

Options
Good evening all,

I am looking at moving house and buying somewhere more expensive. By doing this our loan to value will increase just that bit too far for most lenders and therefore we are not likely to get the home value we would like.

Can anyone suggest the best mortgage lender to go to in order to obtain this?

Thanks in advance

What will the loan to value be?

Consult a local broker as the finer details of your application need to be considered. Before any recommendation can be made.

Alternatively do the leg work yourself. Try all the online calculators to determine which lenders may play ball to narrow down the field. Then take it forward from there.

I dont understand, every lender will lend at 70% LTV, why would that be a problem?

Do you mean affordability is the issue?
