I have a Home-Tek Light 'n' Easy steam mop which is not working.
The red power indicator light comes on, then the blue light (yes, unusual , I know), this is the temperature indicator light.
You are supposed to pump water with a foot switch and steam is generated. This does not happen. The pump switch goes click and the casing gets warm, so there is some heating going on, but no steam. My analysis suggests the water and the heat are not meeting.
Has anybody else got one of these or any idea how to get one operating?

I've got a Home Tek steam mop and I'm afraid yours appears to be faulty. The only thing I can suggest is that you give them a ring. The number is 01924 491177.0
