Uk mortgage for overseas property

I have a property overseas, Dubai, I would like to refinance using a uk lender, does anyone know anything about this? I believe it’s now possible but struggling to find information. Thnks.

    Your best bet is to find a UK bank that operates at branch level locally in Dubai. UK only based operations wouldn't have the knowledge or expertise, nor the commercial team to deal internationally.
