won a competition but no prize :(

Hellooooo compers,

Well after a significant break I am back on the comping bandwagon and won a prize from Whippers Snappers, received email, replied with my address and have heard nothing

Re-emailed them on the same email chasing and just got an automated response thanking me for entering their competition!

Does anyone know how I can contact them without using the comping email? google is giving me nothing

How long has it been since you were notified of the win?

A lot of Comps have a 28 day prize delivery slot

I see you have thanked the whippersnapperkids post HERE. That comp ended 30/01 and the OP does say "Please allow 28 days for appropriate prizes to be delivered."

whippersnapperkids now seem to be part of Firrey and links take you to their site. Seems a bit odd that the Social Media icons on the Firrey site are just links back to the web site but their Facebook page is HERE. You could try contacting them there but there hasn't been any new posts in the last 2 weeks.

If this is Whipper Snapper Kids, then from past experience (a friend's) it took about 6 weeks to arrive, so it may just take a while and not necessarily need chasing yet. She didn't get a reply when emailing her details either, so that sounds usual for them.

Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the wait......it was a book and arrived badly damaged. The dust jacked was all worn and scuffed (it literally looked like it had been dragged along rough ground or something!). The packaging was intact, so it must have been packed that way. It was a special edition cover/version of her son's favourite book, so the condition of it was important and she ended up buying him a replacement as it was in such a poor state.

EDIT: Sorry, I sound really negative! I didn't mean too Hopefully it was a one off and you'll be happy with your prize! I meant to reassure you that you should get the prize, even without chasing and without receiving a reply to your email that you sent them initially. Well done on winning
