In short I would like to reloacte back to where I used to live. Currently House valued at £425 poss more now this was 5 months ago. Mortgage outstanding is £258k.
Applicant 1 £60k. Me Applicant 2 on £25k
Combined debts of £30k Mainly a loan taken out to do up the house.
We would like to relocate where house price would be in the region of £475+. Ideally we sell. Pay off debts and costs assocated with selling / buying and still have a good deposit. MOrtagge calculation show based on this we would actually be paying the same as we do now.
My worries are. Would using equity to pay off loans be accepted as with these debts we dont pass affordabilty.
2nd My husband would keep his job. He would actually be closer to his place of work however I would need to find a new job. Lots on offer in the new town and better salary expectation however how would this work on a mortgage application.
To add to this we currently have 2 mortages on our current property as we ported when we last moved so we have 2 x ERF. £7k ending in 18 months and £7k in 38 months!

Hi
We are also relocating at the moment and our mortgage broker told me I would need to have a job offer letter from the new job if I want my new salary to be included on the new mortgage application. My husband's job would be staying the same
Hope that helps and good luck!0
