How do you find a good mortgage broker / adviser?

    No they dont!
    The estate agents normally employ someone either new to the industry or someone who has sold their sole to the corporate estate agents and has sales targets galore.

    Find a broker who works for you, not the agent.

    You can look on google, ask friends and family. Call them up, have a chat and see how you get on. It can be a stressful time so you need someone you like and trust.
