You can get foil cutters, we have one and it is great I got it from Sainsbury's RTC section for 25p.
Books about wine will be cheap now, I have had a few before, as the new year's guide comes out in time for Xmas so you chould be able to pick up the 2007 ones cheapo. Again got mine from Sainsburys for 50p
ANother tip. If the person you are giving it to is a bit of a wine buff and you are not, choose very carefully (Aldi has good quality wine) or leave out the wine altogether!Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

You can also get stem decorators for glesses, I got some in Lakeland store, quite nice and unusual. Not very cheap but haven't seen any anywhere else and the person I bought these for loved them - she went and bought some for her friend and sister too! Example here:

You can also get good bottles of wine (full size) relatively cheap just now - Somerfield £2.50 per bottle for Stowells Red, White or Rose and Asda £2.50 for Red Echo Falls.
Hope this helps a bit,

If you're puting in a selection of mini bottles you could always be cheeky and get them from Asda, then you'll get a voucher for the full size bottle (for yourself?!!!!)
eg: you buy a mini bottle costing £2, then you'll get a £2 voucher off the full size bottle of the same wine.0 -
Here's one I did last year. It has two 'bottle in a glass' glasses that came from Poundland at £1 each, 2 mini bottles of wine from the 4 for £5 offer in Morrisons, wine bottle stoppers, wine glass charms (I unscrewed the bottle stoppers and put them round the top of them before replacing the top to save space), a few tealights, and some liquer choccies out of a big box I bought and split up. The hamper went down a treat and only cost me about £6 (basket was a freebie from someone I know who was getting rid!)"Life may not always be the party you wish for, but whilst here you may aswell dance"!!!
