Re-mortgage after divorce

Split from my ex and looking to buy her out of the mortgage. I'm keeping the house and not looking to sell.
I've been advised by my bank that i need to obtain a couple house valuations. Any idea where I can obtain these from?
I've notice purplebricks do a free one, but not sure if there's any small print or t&cs to be adhered too.
Any advice welcome.

Use local estate agents. No need to tell them you are not currently intending to sell.
