Paid Off Credit Cards

Options
I have paid off 3 credit cards in the last week. I then applied for nationwide mortgage on Friday, Broker said we would have to note the CC balances as they would still be on my credit report.

Will a mortgage company look for evidence that balances are zero? how can I evidence this.

You really need to refer to your Broker and stop stressing yourself about your application. Your Broker will be handling it.
