    I always like these so called advisers like Conrad that think their advice is better than anyone elses. He hasnt got the guts to use the signature and cant even spell Independent on another thread.
    I could go on about thickie brokers who cant run their office without ripping off the public with fees.
    I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)

    don't see what commission/fees has to do with it? 5 year rates are comparable anyway, sometimes even lower, but you'd know that, being a fee charging expert in the field

    As an aside I also think 2 years is rarely justified, but each client's circumstances are different
