Substitute for Garam masala

I’m cooking something that calls for cumin, turmeric and garam masala but I’ve got no garam
Masala.
What can I add?
Curry paste?!!

    If you have a well stocked spice cupboard it is easy to blend your own.
    If not some curry paste will work but you might want to cook it gently in a small pan with a little water before adding if the garam masala is to be added near the end of cooking. Otherwise just add when you are adding the other spices.
