Back in September 2017, may mother allowed me balance transfer approx 4500 CC onto her interest free CC, she says there is no need for me to pay her back.
The debt was racked up from a wedding.

Shouldn't be an issue now, as you also wont have payments going to her account on your bank statement eitherDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
