2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk, answer the competition question and register their details.
4. Online entry will open at 12:00 on the 01/02/18 and close at 12:00 on the 01/03/18
5. All selected entrants will be contacted by telephone. All Entrants selected will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected using the above criteria.
6. The entrant will be brought to air on the 2nd March between 1000 and 1300 to be announced as the winner.

Eligibility:
7. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

9. One Winner will receive:

c. 1 x 12 months amazon Prime subscription
Prize Terms and conditions:
10. Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
11. Amazon Prime subscription will be for 12 consecutive months only. Should the winner wish to continue with the subscription after this period they must do so at their own cost.
12. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
13. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
