    Yes it will not submit, it is a new layout, so I expect it has glitches that will need sorting when they notice it.

    It doesn't work for me in Chrome, but finally submitted for me in Internet Explorer.

    (As ThingamaBob said, it doesn't seem to submit, BUT then a blue box saying 'Thanks for entering' appears just below the form - but, again, only when I used Internet Explorer). Hope this helps!
