Prizes
14. Subject to these Rules, three winners will receive the following prize (“Prize”):
• A PANDORA jewellery prize with a RRP of up to £150, chosen by PANDORA
("Jewellery Prize"); and
• One experience for two people, with a total RRP of up to £200 (combined, not per
person), chosen by PANDORA based on one of the following packages:
o Spa experience including one treatment per person; or
o Multi-course lunch or dinner per person with one bottle of wine/champagne
to share; or
o Two tickets to a theatre show and dinner for two nearby the theatre;
("Experience Prize"); and
• One prize with an RRP of up to £50, being one of the following chosen by PANDORA:
o Bouquet of flowers from Interflora (subject to availability); or
o A chocolate gift set from Hotel Chocolat (subject to availability) ; or
o Set of beauty products from The White Company (subject to availability);
("Extra Prize").
15. The prize does not include:
• Any food and beverages not expressly set out in Rule 14;
• Travel to and from the Experience Prize;
• Tips and gratuities;
• Any other costs and expenses associated with the Experience Prize.
16. The three winners of the Prize Draw will be chosen on Thursday 8th February 2018 from a
random draw of quiz participant entries, by a third party who is not an employee of
PANDORA. Each of the winners will be chosen from a separate prize pool based on answers
provided in the quiz, therefore please note that the chances of winning may vary
depending on the answers given.
17. PANDORA will contact the winners of the Prize Draw by email on Thursday 8th February
2018. Prize winners must respond to PANDORA via email, supplying their full name, postal
address and preferred date for the Experience Prize (being either 15th, 16th, 17th or 18th
February 2018). If a prize winner does not respond with this information within 48 hours of
being contacted by PANDORA, he/she will forfeit their right to the Prize and PANDORA may
draw an alternative prize winner without delay.
18. PANDORA will endeavour to confirm the details of the Prize to the winners by the 12th
February 2018. PANDORA will endeavour to deliver the Extra Prize and Jewellery Prize to
the winners' chosen address by 14th February 2018, although it makes no guarantees that
either will arrive before this date. If the winner is not able to utilise any aspect of the
selected Prize (either the Jewellery Prize, Experience Prize or the Extra Prize), they should
let PANDORA know immediately. PANDORA will endeavour (but shall not be obliged to)
offer an alternative prize, although there is no guarantee that it will be of equal value.
19. The prize is non-transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
20. PANDORA's choice of Experience Prize may be dependent on availability in the winner's
location on the day(s) that the winner is available and/or their answers to their desired
location question. There is no guarantee that the Experience Prize will be conveniently
located to the winner or that it will match their answers to the quiz.
