Wescot Debt Collection for Paypal

I've just opened a letter from these debt collectors saying I owe £146 for Paypal.
I am utterly lost - and of course as have only just opened the letter, all the offices are closed. And I go on holiday for a week tomorrow. I've never been told by Paypal I owe any money at all - in fact my accounts are both in credit. I have no idea what this is for. Can anyone help me?!

Just send the provit letter to wescot, could be a mis-trace, happens a lot.
Wescot only collect debts on behalf of clients, they dont own them, so cant take enforcement action, nor will it appear on your credit file.
Dont worry, provit letter should tell you more.
